How It Works
Our belief is that every behavior deserves to be treated when you are ready. Our pleasure at Uncharted Progress is to serve individuals in creating, meeting and maintaining goals by breaking down barriers to success. The service path typically follows the sequence below:

Step 1
Register for Complimentary Call
The first step is to simply select a date and time for your complimentary phone call with Uncharted Progress! At that scheduled time, we will call you via phone so you have an opportunity to ask any questions about behavior services or about the process in general. We most likely will have some questions too! This is to ensure that behavior services are the best fit for you. Please note this call is not the actual assessment/service.
Step 2
Assessment (First Session)
A comprehensive assessment is conducted to determine what target behaviors you would like to focus on. The assessment consists of questions related to those behaviors so that data collection methods can be discussed. Please do not worry about any preparation for the first session as everything will be explained in detail so you become confident that you are on your way to creating, meeting and maintaining your goals!


Step 3
Telehealth Sessions ("Treatment")
Human behavior can be complex due to each individual and their history being completely unique. If this is true, shouldn't an intervention be crafted and tailored to you? We surely think so! Sessions are typically 30 to 60 minutes in duration. To attend your telehealth session, you simply click on a link directly sent to you via the client portal. Unfortunately, the number of sessions cannot be predetermined at the time of the assessment as each individual differs in how quickly they make progress.Your main goal(s) will be dissected into smaller, bitesize short-term goals so you can make progress that will be celebrated and captured (via data collection and analysis).
Step 4
Maintenance (Optional)
After you have met your goal (or are approaching it), a session will be dedicated to maintenance so that you are confident your changes are sustainable. This is also an opportunity to tackle any unanticipated road bumps that may arise (life is full of them, right?). More than one maintenance session can be requested if you feel it necessary and we encourage you to schedule it after you've have some time without services (2-4 weeks). It is not uncommon to backslide after meeting a goal so we want to make sure your behavioral changes are maintained and all of your hard work preserved!
